Q: How do I order?
A: You find your favorite accessory, add it to your cart, and follow the path of kibble (payment, that is). It's quick, easy, and 100% secure!
Q: Oops… I messed up, can I change it?
A: If your package hasn't been found in the mailman's bag yet, we're sure we can do something! Send us a quick message at [your-email@mail.com] and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery – Because even doggies hate waiting.
Q: Is the delivery as long as a dog's nap?
A: We promise, we won't sleep on the ball! Allow 8 to 12 business days to receive your package in Europe. That's just the time it takes for our team (and their trainee dachshund) to lovingly package each order... and a few snack breaks. A tracking number will be sent to you so you can keep an eye out for the mailman like a true professional guard dog.
Q: Do you ship to the rest of the world?
A: Aside from the Moon and Atlantis, we deliver almost everywhere! Whether you're in Paris, Tokyo, or the depths of the Yukon, our packages know how to find their way (with or without flair). So yes, we ship to the four corners of the globe—and even a little further if your dog has an intergalactic loyalty card.
Payment – No need for a bone, just a card.
Q: What can I pay with?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal… Everything you need to order without digging in the garden.
Q: Is it safe or is it Gruyère cheese?
A: Ultra secure! We use a rock-solid SSL protocol, and Shopify keeps a close eye on things like a good shepherd.
Returns & Refunds – Because a satisfied customer is like a dog wagging its tail.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: No problem! You have 14 days after receipt to return the item if it doesn't suit you (even if your dog is giving you the cold shoulder to keep it). Write to us at contact@marleyandbloom.com to initiate the return.
Q: Do I or do you pay the return shipping?
A: If it's our mistake or a defective product, we'll take 100% responsibility. Otherwise, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Products – Beautiful, sturdy, tested by demanding muzzles.
Q: Where do your products come from?
A: From suppliers chosen with love, patience, and a lot of sniffing. Each item is tested and approved by our team… and their dogs (the real bosses of the business).
Q: How to choose the right size?
A: Each product page contains a size guide. And if you're unsure, send us a message! We love to help and have an eye for it (almost as good as a vet's).
